‘Ceiling is high’ for SJC senior girls basketball team

St. John’s College senior girls basketball coach Matt Lynch is impressed with the team he has this season but he also knows the Eagles are a work in progress.

“We’re still developing and working to reach our potential but I think the ceiling is high for this group,” Lynch said following his team’s 42-22 win at home against Brantford Collegiate Instituteon Tuesday in an Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk contest.

“I think we’ve shown glimpses of the potential we have.”
