2024 AABHN Wrestling Championships
Date: Wednesday, February 14, 2024
Thursday, February 15, 2024 (Reschedule date if necessary)
Location: W. Ross Macdonald School
350 Brant Ave., Brantford, Ontario, N3T 3J9
Eligibility: CWOSSA eligibility (AELS) should be done online. Bring a printed copy
and submit it to Ed Zinger.
Weigh-in: At your own school on Monday, week of the tournament. Please only use the Excel sheet provided to send in your weights. Place an asterisk beside the athletes you wish to seed.
E-mail entries and wt. classes by 5:00 pm to: ed.zinger@ontario.ca or fax to 519-759-4741.
Weight Classes: OFSAA weight classes for boys and girls. Red dot system in effect.
Awards: Top 3 qualify for CWOSSA to represent the South region.
Ribbons for Top 3 to be presented at the tournament, if provided by AABHN.
Draw: Double elimination OFSAA style.
Competitors from the same school are separated automatically where possible. Round robin for weight categories with 5 or less athletes.
Cost: $5.00/athlete. Please make any cheques payable to:

Coaches Meeting: 10 am day of meet (if needed)
Start time: Wrestling starts at 10:30am. Lunch will be at 11:45am.
Lunch: Coaches will receive 1 lunch ticket/team for the staff cafeteria. Additional
tickets may be purchased ahead of time for $5.00.
