St. John’s College student Hailee Saint recently signed a letter of intent to attend NAIA’s Cleary University to attend the Michigan school on scholarship and play for the women’s soccer team. Saint played for the Brantford City Soccer Club before moving on to the Woodstock Strikers and Hamilton United League One team.

Heading into an Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk game at John Wright Soccer Complex on Monday, the Lions were undefeated this season and they kept that intact with a 7-1 victory against the Pauline Johnson Collegiate Thunderbirds. Playing at Waterford District High School against North Park Collegiate, the Panthers overcame a slow start to score a 20-0 win against the Trojans. Congratulations to the Brantford Collegiate Mustangs for capturing the AABHN ultimate frisbee title. The Mustangs went undefeated Friday and capped the day with a 11-4 win over the Paris Panthers in the final. AABHN receives to entries into the CWOSSA festival. The Mustangs will represent District 5 and the Hagersville Hurricanes will represent District 9. CWOSSA is in Fergus. Date to be determined.
