The Assumption College Lions boys hockey team graduated several key players from last year’s AABHN championship squad but it doesn’t seem to have slowed them down much.
Facing Brantford Collegiate Institute on Monday in the Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk season opener at the Gretzky Centre, the Lions defeated the Mustangs 3-1.
