St. John’s College captured the Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk fastball championship on Friday, defeating Hagersville Secondary School 10-5 in the final.

St. John’s was 3-1 during the regular season, allowing just four runs.

Its only loss was in the first game of the regular season when Brantford Collegiate Institute beat SJC 3-2. The Green Eagles got revenge against BCI by beating the Mustangs 10-7 in the semifinals.
