It was mission accomplished for Assumption College’s Foster Dropko this week at the Central Western Ontario Secondary Schools Association track and field championship at Kiwanis Field.
Dropko finished third in the junior boys 1,500-metre race on Wednesday and then followed that up with a second-place finish in the 3,000-metre race on Thursday. With those results, the Grade 10 student accomplished the goal he set out to achieve.
