North Park Collegiate’s senior boys rugby team can be excused if their shoulders slumped a little when the AABHN schedule came out.
The Trojans’ first two games of the season included tilts against Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk powerhouses Brantford Collegiate Institute and St. John’s College. Despite losing both of those games, including a 48-5 decision to the Mustangs (3-0) on Tuesday at Bisons Alumni North Park Sports Complex, North Park coach Dave Clare said his team took it as a challenge.
