The St. John’s College senior girls basketball team overcame a shaky start at home on Wednesday to advance to the Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk championship game.
Hosting McKinnon Park Secondary School in a semifinal, the Green Eagles defeated the Blue Devils 42-33 despite scoring only six first-quarter points.
