Paris District High School senior girls basketball coach Kira Innes wanted one thing for her team this season.

“I wanted them to get a win,” Innes said of her team’s objective this season, which was met earlier in the year when the Panthers defeated Pauline Johnson Collegiate.
“They haven’t had a win in a long time. That was part of our goal but also to see improvement from last year.”
Paris’ most recent Athletic Association of Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk game was on Tuesday when it lost 40-13 to North Park Collegiate (3-5).
