Lions build ‘confidence’ with girls rugby tie

Assumption College girls rugby coach Reece Hummel is hoping a late try – and point earned – from a game on Wednesday against North Park Collegiate will get his team pointed in the right direction.

Trailing the Trojans (1-1-1) 15-10 with time winding down at Bisons Alumni North Park Sports Complex, the Lions (0-2-1) tied the game on a last-play try from Jayden Rogers.
